Yes. Once a carrier accepts your shipment, you get live GPS tracking updated every 30 seconds. You'll also receive automatic notifications at key milestones: pickup confirmed, in transit, approaching destination, and delivered.

If a carrier misses a pickup or is significantly delayed, you'll be notified immediately and our support team will help you find an alternative carrier at no extra cost. Carriers with repeated no-shows are removed from the platform.
